Cannock Chase is an area of outstanding natural beauty; with its abundance of wildlife, ancient Oak trees and the many trails to explore by foot, bike or horse.

Trent & Mersey Canal 

Whether you're taking a low-level walk along the towpath or you're travelling through by narrow boat, a warm welcome is never far away. We are just a five minute stroll from the Little Haywood bridge, number 72.

Biking

Cannock Chase is well known for its many bike trails. From relaxing family routes through the picturesque forest to the dedicated single-track of 'Follow the Dog' and the 'Monkey Trail', there is a great day out for everyone.

 

We have an outdoor seating area for you to take a rest and revive. A nice cold drink will be waiting for you.

River Kayak | Paddleboarding| Canoe

With the River Trent on our doorstep you can enjoy a paddle down stream or a mosey up the canal.
